In 2005, ARCC principal, Peter Groenendaal, partnered with Champion, the largest builder of homes and commercial buildings in the nation. With this affiliation, housing can be built in the factory. The results are superior standards, strict controls and meticulous service with a complete line of quality products and the experience of building over 1.6 million homes.

Champion has developed baseline zero energy homes that are a centerpiece for the redevelopment initiative at Fort Campbell's Woodland Community in Pennsylvania. All the Champion buildings are based on responsible environmental practices and sound business decisions. They engineer the highest performance green homes and buildings.
